Coutandin, Rauch & Partner is a multidisciplinary law firm, organized as a German limited liability partnership. It was founded in the year 2000, then named Höly, Rauch & Partner in Frankfurt. Since 2011 the firm includes an office in Berlin.
In 2018, Wolfgang Coutandin-Gerischer joins the firm, being motive for its rebranding. Both offices also provide notarial services.
Frankfurt am Main
The Frankfurt office is focussed on real estate and corporate matters as well as the rendering of notarial services.
Our clients are national and foreign companies from different sectors such as real estate, finance, retail, manufacturing and services.
Berlin
Our firm has an office in the German capital. It is focused on property matters, like real estate and succession and corporate law. It also deals with art law und cultural property law matters.
Amongst others, our clients are foreign companies with activities in Germany, members of the international community in Berlin, diplomatic missions, foreign and local cultural institutions, artists, galleries and collectors.
